To increase capitalization of the major Russian airline via an issuance of additional shares raising both state budget and private investors (including foreign ones) finance.

The deadlines of the transaction were exceptionally tight.

1. Negotiation regarding the time frame with all the participants.
2. Review of the decision drafts of the governmental bodies as well as preparation of the issuer’s decisions regarding the increase of the charter capital.
3. Drafting of the issuance documentation and its registration with the Bank of Russia.
4. Legal support of the shares placement.

The airline shares were successfully placed. The issuer raised the necessary finance.
